Do you dream of Innkeeping and owning your own Inn or Bed and Breakfast? If so, please join Inn Partners, Bill Oates and Heide Bredfeldt as they present the original and best “Seminar for Future Innkeepers”.
This seminar helps future Innkeepers understand the business side, as well as the personal side, of Innkeeping. Learn how to develop a model, understand style, size and location, understand industry financial statements and the search and purchase process. It is our goal to help you decide if Innkeeping is the right path for you, and if so, how to go about the process to help you buy the right Inn.
The team at Inn Partners holds several one day seminars throughout the year. We encourage you to spend one or both nights at the hosting Inn as part of your research and education. Saturday after the seminar, we welcome you to stay and join the group for dinner together (at your own expense), as a nice way to end the seminar. You are also welcome to make an appointment to have a one-on-one meeting with a member of Inn Partners on Sunday morning.

Lodging:Call the hosting Inn to make a room reservation as some will offer a discount that is not available online. We ask that you plan to arrive at the hosting Inn by 8:30 am on Saturday to receive your seminar materials as the seminar starts promptly at 9:00 am. The seminar class time finishes at 5:00 pm. Plan to stay after the seminar and join the group for dinner if you wish.
