Inn Partners is pleased to announce the successful transfer of the Arbor Inn at Griffin House of Clinton, New York. Inn Partners represented the Sellers in the transaction. Congratulations to new owners, Ellen and Dave Varecka.
The Arbor Inn at Griffin House is located less than one mile from Hamilton College campus and 25 minutes from Colgate University. The Inn enjoys a peaceful country setting on five acres, but is in close proximity to the historic village of Clinton.
