We are pleased to announce the successful transfer of Bear Mountain Inn to new owners, Brian and Julie Sullivan. Inn Partners represented the Seller, Christi Kerrigan, in the transfer and Buyers, Brian and Julie Sullivan, are graduates of Inn Partners’ Seminar for Future Innkeepers.
