Woolverton Inn in Bucks County Transfers

Exterior of Stockton NJ Inn for Sale

We are pleased to announce the successful transfer of the Woolverton Inn in Stockton, New Jersey.  Inn Partners represented the Sellers, Carolyn McGavin and Bob Haas, in the transfer.  New owners are Mary and Mario Passalacqua.

The lower Delaware River Valley, comprising New Hope and other villages on the Pennsylvania side of the river and Lambertville and Stockton on the New Jersey side, is one of the most scenic (and most visited) historic areas in the Northeast.  Eighteenth century native stone farmhouses and barns dot the landscape, adding an otherworldly charm to this area.  Among the most striking of the early stone farmhouses and barns is the Woolverton Inn, dating from 1792.  This authentic farmhouse is enhanced by the presence of four furry sheep who pronounce the dawn with their bleats.  The Inn is truly a magical place designed to take you far from the hustle and bustle of the 21st century.
