We at Inn Partners have a history with the village of Stowe, Vermont. Our staff run the gamut from self-proclaimed “ski bums” to resort marketing gurus. Never, however, have we seen year round activity at Stowe flashing so brilliantly before our eyes.
Along with long needed improvements to Stowe’s infrastructure, including substantial improvements to the bridge on 108 at the Village Center, the village is proving their commitment to keeping the area vibrant and viable. Many of these improvements will directly benefit guests and new owners of this Exceptional Stowe Bed & Breakfast.
Owners of the popular farm to table restaurant, Hen of the Wood, are set to open a 26 tap beer bar on the Mountain Road in Stowe. When it opens in late June, the pub will serve beer (of course), along with wine, cocktails and light fare. Another of Stowe’s superb restaurants, Michael’s on the Hill, is taking over management of a second restaurant minutes from the Inn.
Not far from the Inn, the Edson Hill Manor has reopened its doors and is now serving dinner to guests. The Sun and Ski Inn and Suites is continuing to grow, adding rooms, an eight-lane boutique bowling alley, bar, pool and miniature golf course.
With activities abundant and business booming, the time is now to take the reins of the Exceptional Stowe Bed & Breakfast. Despite all this activity, we are not raising the price of this offering, which remains at a very modest $1,650,000.
