Ed and Luci purchased the Inn from Bobby and Barrie Aycock on June 3, 2008. The property, a member of Select Registry: Distinguished Inns of North America, is a full service Inn with 16 guest rooms, restaurant and conference facility. The Inn’s location on the edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains, in northeast Georgia (90 mins from Atlanta) is popular for romantic getaway travelers, reunions and family gatherings, weddings and corporate meetings. The Kivetts, graduates of Inn Partners’ Seminar for Future Innkeepers, purchased the Inn as Buyer Consulting Clients of Inn Partners.
