We are pleased to announce the transfer of Good Medicine Lodge in Whitefish, Montana, to Sara and Ryan Grenier and family. Sara and Ryan made the move from Oakland, California, to fulfill a long time goal of operating a Bed and Breakfast in a reachable outdoor destination area. While their Inn search took a brief detour in Colorado ski country, Glacier National Park (only 25 miles from the Inn) and the millions of acres of mountains, forests, lakes and rivers surrounding Whitefish could not be ignored! In fact, the Greniers are the only prospective Innkeepers we know who sharpened their teeth by camping (with their two sons and two dogs) at nearly every site in the Whitefish area in the months leading to closing!

Good Medicine Lodge is the #1 Bed and Breakfast in Whitefish on TripAdvisor and was recently named the 3rd Best Ski Lodge in the country by USA Today. National Geographic included the Inn on its first annual “Stay List” and noted its “sense of place with location-inspired architecture, ambiance, amenities, eco-stewardship, and an ethic of giving back to the community.” The Inn has nine well appointed guestrooms with spectacular amenities, including world famous cookies!

Join us in welcoming the Greniers to the Innkeeping community and be sure to visit their magnificent property in the future!
