We are happy to announce that Herren Wellness Investors has purchased the Historic Jacob Hill Inn of Seekonk, Massachusetts. The investor group is led by former Boston Celtic and motivational speaker Chris Herren who will be opening a wellness center at the Inn. The center will focus on the prevention and recovery from substance use and behavioral health disorders. Inn Partners was pleased to represent the Sellers, Eleanora and Bill Rezek, throughout the transfer process.
In a past incarnation, Historic Jacob Hill Inn was a famous Hunt Club with membership that included the Vanderbilts and other notable figures. The property was converted to a bed and breakfast in 1994 and was recognized by membership in Select Registry: Distinguished Inns of North America and achieved and maintained a Four Diamond AAA rating for sixteen years. In addition, the Inn received countless accolades and awards over the years from Travel + Leisure to Zagat and beyond.
