We are pleased to announce the successful transfer of the Lake House at Ferry Point in Sanbornton, New Hampshire, to Rebecca, Jeannette and Monty Daniels. The Daniels are graduates of Inn Partners’ Seminar for Future Innkeepers. Sellers, John and Cindy Becker, are former graduates of Inn Partners’ seminar and, don’t worry, they have yet to eschew involvement in the world of Innkeeping! (In fact, they have since gone on to purchase the Inn on Putney Road in our hometown of Brattleboro, Vermont!) Inn Partners represented both Buyers and Sellers in the transfer.
The Lake House at Ferry Point is the only lakefront Bed and Breakfast in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. Situated at the foot of Lake Winnisquam, the Inn is a short drive from Laconia, New Hampshire, and countless other attractions and activities of the Lakes Region. In 2015, the Inn was elected to Select Registry: Distinguished Inns of North America.
