Buyer Client Purchases Amelia Island Williams House

We are pleased to announce the sale of the Williams House Bed and Breakfast in Fernandina Beach, Florida, to Veronica Byrnes, a graduate of Inn Partners’ Virtual Seminar for Future Innkeepers and an active Buyer Client at the time of purchase.

The Williams House is an award-winning 11 room B&B comprised of three buildings. The Williams House, circa 1856, an Antebellum mansion owned and occupied for over 100 years by the family of Marcellus and Emma Williams, offers five elegant guest rooms. The second building, Hearthstone House, circa 1884, is a frame vernacular building with Greek Revival influence and contains four classic guest suites. And lastly, the Carriage House, rebuilt in 2003 on the site of the original carriage house, offers two guest rooms. The Amelia Island Williams House has won numerous awards for its excellence in elegance and hospitality.
